Paragon Connect

Welcome to the next generation of Paragon applications. Paragon Connect is a true web application, not just a mobile solution, allowing you to use the program on almost any device. There are a host of options included in Paragon Connect: full property search, contact manager, hotsheet search, and more.

Create app shortcut

While Paragon Connect is a web app, you can still add an app shortcut icon to your home screen of your mobile device. This works just like a native app and it will allow you to use your thumb or facial recognition to quickly access the Paragon Connect system.

Note: If your organization uses a third-party SSO dashboard, you will be redirected to that dashboard first before accessing Paragon Connect.

Hotsheet videos

search-form

In this video, we examine the Hotsheet search form. We walk through the three search containers and what options exist in each.

thumbnail-results

This video will cover the Hotsheet results, and the actions you can perform on any selected listings. This includes Listing Cart, Driving Directions, and Third-Party Integrations.

template-update

You can easily update your default template at any time. Just add your desired criteria and from the overflow, choose "Update Default Template."

saving-hotsheet

Saving a Hotsheet is super easy. While on the default template, tapping save will ask you to create a saved Hotsheet. However, when on a loaded saved Hotsheet, tapping save will just update the search you are viewing.

In a previous video we covered how to save a search. In this video we walk you how to load or run a previously saved hotsheet search.

rename-search

Need to update your saved Hotsheet search? Use the rename option within Paragon Connect to make this happen.

reload-search

While working on a saved hotsheet search you can revert back to the default template at any time. This video will walk you through two ways to do this.

alerts

Hotsheet Alerts allows your members to set alerts on saved Hotsheet searches. This allows your members to view any updates to these Hotsheet searches since they were last ran.

delete

Need to delete a saved Hotsheet search? Paragon Connect has you covered. The Hotsheet module now allows you to delete any saved Hotsheet search.
